Our client based in Shepton Mallet seeks an administrator to join their expanding team on a full time, permanent basis.
In this role you will be logging returns to the relevant department using an internal system, handling telephone enquiries from clients and customers, ensuring prompt and accurate processing, reviewing and reporting on problems and also general adminsitrative duties as required.
You will have excellent communication and letter writing skills as well as a passion for outstanding customer service. Candidates should have experience in a similar role and keen to build a career within administration and customer service.
