Our client based in Radstock seeks an Administrator to join their team on a temp – perm basis.
In this role you will respond to all customer enquiries via email and letter in a positive and professional manner, you will discuss and deal confidently with telephone enquiries whilst demonstrating an understanding of customer requirements, maintaining records of all correspondence and follow through to meet agreed timescales. You will be confident working under pressure and have the ability to fully investigate customer complaints, provide factual reports to help with decision makers by the relevant department head.
This is a challenging and demanding role demanding excellent communication skills in order to develop confident relationships with customers and colleagues. Ideal candidates will have excellent organisational and problem solving skills, a passion and desire for outstanding customer service, first class letter writing skills and flexibility and adaptability in any situation on a day to day basis.
The role wil start on a Temporary basis, however should you prove yourself in the role they will make this a permanent post.
