To help to build up the business through the generation of new customers and accounts. The ideal person will be sales focused and bring energy and enthusiasm into a varied and interactive role, within a growing vibrant IT Solutions company. Tasks/Responsibilities:
To develop new business relationships and generate new income for the company to an agreed quarterly target.
To actively and successfully manage the sales process from lead generation through to close.
To manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is recorded and is current and correct using the company’s database; SalesForce
To liaise with the Accounts Director as and when necessary with regards to credit control
To liaise with end-users and/or distributors following up on quotes and orders
To handle confidential information with sensitivity
To keep abreast of new technologies and solutions and promote both internally with colleagues and externally with customers.
You will be required to study and take industry exams so will require a proactive approach to training/learning new and existing systems with guidance from the Business Director
Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
Any other task reasonably requested by the MD
