Job Information

To help to build up the business through the generation of new customers and accounts. The ideal person will be sales focused and bring energy and enthusiasm into a varied and interactive role, within a growing vibrant IT Solutions company. Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • To develop new business relationships and generate new income for the company to an agreed quarterly target.
  • To actively and successfully manage the sales process from lead generation through to close.
  • To manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is recorded and is current and correct using the company’s database; SalesForce
  • To liaise with the Accounts Director as and when necessary with regards to credit control
  • To liaise with end-users and/or distributors following up on quotes and orders
  • To handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • To keep abreast of new technologies and solutions and promote both internally with colleagues and externally with customers.
  • You will be required to study and take industry exams so will require a proactive approach to training/learning new and existing systems with guidance from the Business Director
  • Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
  • Any other task reasonably requested by the MD
