Our client based in central Bath seeks a Admin Assistant tojoin their busy team on a 1 year fixed term contract.
In this role you will prepare and distribute contracts to suppliers, following up and ensuring they are returned in good time. Maintain the supplier database and provide follow up contact with suppliers requesting meetings and samples. Send letters as requested, filing and generaladministrative tasks. You will also prepare products and product information for meetings and reviews, follow up enquiries from any meetings and attend where necessary, also you will be requesting samples and liaise with the necessary departments when they arrive, you will return samples and manage the sample room accordingly.
This is a varied role in which you will need excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise your work load and be able to work to deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player. Candidates will have a good working knowledge of both Word and Excel be numerate and be able to type well and accurately.
Hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-4.30pm Fridays. To apply please email your current CV.
