Our Field Sales Executives are an integral part of LivingSocial’s team, securing advertising commitments from the most popular and desirable local businesses including restaurants, spas, nightclubs, retailers, theatres and tourism venues.

Do You Live, Eat, Drink and Love your City? LivingSocial Field Sales Executives…
•Are outgoing individuals who live in their sales territory and possess excellent local knowledge.
•Are professionals who can develop leads, negotiate with businesses and then close LivingSocial Deals in a fast-paced environment while creating a strong merchant pipeline.

Responsibilities
•Develop and cultivate leads for LivingSocial Deals using a variety of online and offline resources.
•Set up phone meetings with qualified prospects.
•Assess potential business deals, negotiate favourable  terms  and acquire prospective commitment.
•Manage relationships with established clients and construct proposals and contracts within selling guidelines.
•Record all ongoing merchant contact and sales activity using Salesforce.
•Provide documentation on new client acquisitions to the operations team.
•Meet individual quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills/Experience
•Proven track record within a targeted sales role.
•First-rate communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels.
•Excellent working knowledge of social media, including Facebook and Twitter.
•Able to motivate themselves to work in a field sales role whilst demonstrating adaptability to new situations.
•Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines.
•Strategically and creatively think in a fast-paced environment.
•Have own transportation.

Compensation
