Our client based in Frome seeks a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis. In this role you will be dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and via email, as well as processing orders and keeping people updated on order progress. To succeed in this role you will be very customer service focused and pride yourself on excellent service delivery.
