Our client based in Paulton seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. In this role you will comtrol and manage the resturaunt whilst ensuring exceptional customer service is given and high standards are met. You will deal with staff employment and training, rotas and ensuring product knowledge and awareness at all times. You will discuss with clients large functions and orgainse accordingly, complete ad hoc duties as requires and cover for the Manager in any absence.

Candidates should have experience of working in a similar role at supervisory level. On offer is a basic salary of £15k + Commission and profit share. Hours are 40 hours per week, however candidates should be flexible to meet business needs and demands.
