Our client a specialist recruiter with offices based in Bristol, London and Manchester are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding teams. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment which includes:

• Researching  and establishing new sales leads with companies
• Cold Calling organisations to establish a relationship and bring on new jobs to recruit for
• Establishing good relationships to build the company brand
• Source, select and pre-screen candidates who are suitable for roles
• Managing recruitment process from sending cv’s to arranging interviews and making employment offers

A full training programme is provided to ensure you are confident and have all the tools you need to succeed in this role, you justneed to have a drive to succeed, be competitive and have excellent communication skills. This is an great opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for sales and customer service, or candidates with a solid sales background and looking to move in to recruitment.
