Lisa is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and has worked within HR for 10 years. With extensive HR experience from public and private sector organisations, varying in size from 10 to 3000 employees, Lisa has a broad understanding of HR requirements across different sectors, industries and size organisations.
Having worked on an employed basis for businesses, in an outsourced capacity and on a self employed consultancy basis, Lisa is fully aware of the need for practical HR advice that helps businesses achieve their goals. In this way, Lisa will work with businesses, offering practical advice to enable them to achieve desired outcomes, whilst minimising risk.

HR support can be provided on site, either on a regular basis (e.g. once a month to assess legal compliance) or as and when required to deal with specific issues (e.g. several days to deal with a disciplinary matter or to deliver training). This aspect of the service is provided on a daily rate basis.
Lisa Saunders is also able to offer a telephone and or email advice service, where an annual fee is charged for 24/7 telephone and/or email advice. This service can also be extended to include the provision of standard documentation (Contracts of employment, standard letters, policies and procedures).
